JINRONG INTERNATIONAL FASHION INDUSTRY NEW CITY

The project is located in the core area of Zhengzhou City South District, with good regional accessibility and convenient transportation; 5 minutes to the subway station, 15 minutes to the railway station, 30 minutes to the high-speed railway station and 40 minutes to Xinzheng International Airport.

The project is located in the southeast direction of the intersection of Zhengzhou South Third Ring Road and University South Road, the surrounding roads are updated, multi-layer three-dimensional traffic bridges and the city’s No. 7 subway line are planned to be built, the planned site is at the key node of the traffic hub, the regional support is more mature, the surrounding traffic is convenient, and it meets the needs of new industrial development.

The accessibility of the site is strong, with the basic conditions to support industrial upgrading. In order to adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading and improve the efficiency of industrial land, in recent years, new industrial land use policies have been introduced across the country. Zhengzhou City has introduced policies to promote the rapid development of new industries and new business models in the local area in conjunction with the local reality.

The emerging strategic industries require land with high proportion of R&D use, high mixed composition of different land types, and diversified land demand, which is difficult to adapt to the higher planning. Therefore, there is an urgent need for better land policies to support the industrial transformation and upgrading needs of this project.

Based on the textile and garment industry, the project will build a fashion and culture industry platform integrating fashion creativity, design research and development, information technology, film and television creation, and Internet of things with cultural creativity as the core. Build a large fashion industry ecosystem, strengthen design, research and development, creativity, culture, education so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness and market share of Henan textile and garment, cultural and creative industries.

It seeks to realize the integrated development of industry-city integration by building four fashion industry platforms: fashion industry digital intelligence platform, fashion information technology application platform, fashion product design display platform, and fashion communication electronic media platform.
